Al Rayadh started as a two-man curtain shop in Al Batha and grew into a full interior fabric workshop, without losing the habit of doing every fitting ourselves.بدأت الرياض كمحل ستائر صغير بشخصين في البطحاء، ونمت لتصبح ورشة أقمشة داخلية متكاملة، دون أن تفقد عادة القيام بكل تركيب بأنفسنا.
We opened in 2011 as a curtain workshop off Al Batha Street, with two sewing tables and a delivery motorcycle. For eight years, all we did was drapery.افتتحنا عام 2011 كورشة ستائر قرب شارع البطحاء، بطاولتي خياطة ودراجة توصيل. لثمان سنوات، كنا نصنع الستائر فقط.
In 2019, we added upholstery and majlis setups after too many clients asked us to match a sofa or floor seating to the curtains we just installed. The upholstery bench started as one worker in the corner; today it's a full team.في 2019 أضفنا التنجيد والمجالس، بعد أن طلب منّا عملاء كثر تنسيق كنب أو جلسة أرضية مع الستائر التي ركبناها للتو. بدأت طاولة التنجيد بعامل واحد في الزاوية؛ واليوم أصبحت فريقاً كاملاً.
Word moved through families before advertising. A curtain in one house in Al Malqa led to a majlis three streets over. Today the workshop runs six sewing lines, an upholstery bench, an installation team and a small fabric library sourced directly from mills in Turkey and Belgium.انتشر اسمنا بين العائلات قبل الإعلانات. ستارة في منزل بالملقا قادت إلى مجلس على بعد ثلاثة شوارع. اليوم تدير الورشة ستة خطوط خياطة، طاولة تنجيد، فريق تركيب، ومكتبة أقمشة من مصانع تركيا وبلجيكا.
